Major function is the 1st ine user’s helpdesk for EXPAT
employees.
Excellent spoken English skills MANDATORY.
Duties:
- Installation, administering and technical support for corporate
systems and networks. - User support and training on working with office equipment and
applications – PABX/VoIP, videoconference, SAP R/3 applications
etc. - Basic maintenance of computer hardware
- Workplace preparation: user’s PC, phone station etc.
- Purchasing PC hardware/software licenses, consumables etc.
- Printer installation.
- Remote helpdesk.
- Shift watch on holidays and weekends.
Requirements:
- Higher education in IT
- Hands on experience at least 1 year
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server editions, MS Office
2003. - User friendly and helpful, polite, polished person.
