Major function is the 1st ine user’s helpdesk for EXPAT
employees.
Excellent spoken English skills MANDATORY.

Duties:

  • Installation, administering and technical support for corporate
    systems and networks.
  • User support and training on working with office equipment and
    applications – PABX/VoIP, videoconference, SAP R/3 applications
    etc.
  • Basic maintenance of computer hardware
  • Workplace preparation: user’s PC, phone station etc.
  • Purchasing PC hardware/software licenses, consumables etc.
  • Printer installation.
  • Remote helpdesk.
  • Shift watch on holidays and weekends.
     

Requirements:

  • Higher education in IT
  • Hands on experience at least 1 year
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server editions, MS Office
    2003.
  • User friendly and helpful, polite, polished person.
