Online Community Analyst

Обязанности:

The Online Community Analyst will focus primarily on management of forums.parallels.com, blogging, and potential outreach to other major communities.

Answering customer questions via Online Forums
• Troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions
• Documenting repeated issues
• Coordinating with management and other departments to share knowledge
• Responding to posts by members in our online community
• Policing spam in our online community
• Acting as a moderator in our online community
• Contributing documentation on a regular basis
• Online Blogging/Writing
• Social Media Outreach via other online communities
• Customer service

Требования:

The Online Community Analyst position requires an individual with superior written communication skills, understanding of dynamic online communities and excellent. Background in server administration, Plesk, Linux, and Windows Server are preferred.

• Familiarity with rpm based *nix distributions (RedHat, Fedora, CentOS, etc)
• Familiarity with ports based Operating Systems (FreeBSD)
• Familiarity with Windows based Operating Systems (Windows Server 2003, etc)
• Familiarity with vBulletin
• Configuration and troubleshooting of system services

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills:
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Plesk
• Customer service experience
• WebHosting experience
• Blog Writing
• Technical Writing
