We are looking for an exceptionally talented team lead or manager  who will lead of group of highly talented engineers and play key role in the design and development of multimedia communication products in VoIP Telephony field. The ideal candidate has a broad and deep hands-on IP Telephony software development background.

Key activities for this position will include:

• Technical leadership
• Provide technical supervision to ensure the software meets the stated functional, performance and schedule goals
• Coordinate and interact with other development teams, QA, product management and support teams
• Track schedule progress
• Conduct candidate interviews and build the team

 Skills:

• Expert level  in C++ and object oriented programming
• Deep knowledge of the SIP protocol
• Knowledge of media streaming / packetization formats such as RTP, UDP, transport stream
• Understanding of QoS concepts
• Real time applications development
• Very strong understanding of multi-threaded development
• Linux is a must have
•  Fluent in English

Experience – must have:

• 3+ years in managing team of engineers
• 8+ years in C/C++ programming
• 5+ years in IP Telephony
• Practical experience building SIP based solutions: Host Media Processing server, IP PBX, end point

 Experience in any of the following is a big plus:

• Practical experience building telephony related components: IVR, Voice Mail, ACD, etc.
• Experience with reSIProcate or OpenSER.
• Cross platform development.
